How do I contact my opponent?

Select the player's name on the ladder, under 'Recent Matches', or under 'Player Details' to obtain his or her e-mail address.

What happens if I can't contact someone or they stand me up??

If you're stood up, you can decide whether or not you'd like to take a default win (3-2). Same goes for someone taking over 3 weeks to schedule a game. If you can't get a hold of someone, please let the current administrator know.

How can I set or change my password?

Select Edit Info in the upper right-hand corner when you are logged in and then select Change password

How can I report a match against an unranked player?

The unranked player must report the match result.

How do I determine my skill level?

This can be a tricky one for the first few games, just make a best guest assuming the ladder runs from good players to beginners. Most importantly, just have fun !

How can I be removed from the squash ladder

If you do not want to be listed on the ladder any longer, please contact the current administrator.
